Portfolio

A portfolio can be included in Essential or Extended, depending on the agreed content, categories and structure. Catalogue pricing does not automatically apply to a gallery.

Simple catalogue — 890 €

The Essential scope plus up to 12 supplied, completed product entries, with categories, search and filters agreed in the quotation; initial integration and one consolidated round of adjustments.

A static catalogue

An editing dashboard, stock, payments and online sales are not included. A larger or connected catalogue requires a separate quote.

A tool is proposed around your organisation, the required data and any services to connect. These examples are not ready-made software products.

Functions to agree

Automations, notifications, order management, user access and external integrations are not included by default. The quotation describes the selected functions and their limits.

Defined support

Getting started, maintenance, external subscriptions and further development are agreed in advance. A simulated demo function does not mean its integration is included.

No VAT added: VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French Tax Code, according to the business’s declared tax status.

A SHARED FRAMEWORK

What is included in your website.

These starting points apply to the launch packages. Your quotation specifies your project’s scope and any additional services.

Content: You supply final texts and images you have permission to use. Initial integration is included within the agreed scope. Writing, translation and new content creation are quoted separately.
Adjustments: One consolidated round of feedback within the agreed visual direction is included. A new direction or an extra function is quoted before work starts.
Content management: An editing interface is not automatically included. The simple catalogue is static. If you want to edit the site yourself, tools and getting started need to be specified in the quotation.
Domain and hosting: The domain name and external subscriptions are separate. Hosting and maintenance are optional at 29 €/month for a simple website, within the scope described in the options.
Handover: Files, access credentials, third-party licences and rights to deliverables are specified in the quotation. You can choose delivery without a maintenance subscription.
After launch: The maintenance package covers the agreed technical checks and fixes within the delivered scope. Content changes and new functions are quoted separately; cancellation and restoration arrangements are specified in the contract.

Online shop — Quoted separately

Online sales, payments and stock require a separate scope from the simple catalogue. Payment services and their fees are specified in the quotation.

Connected booking — Quoted separately

Appointments, availability and calendar connections are assessed according to the service used. Any external subscriptions are disclosed before agreement.

Quotation request — Depends on scope

Presentation websites include a contact method. A detailed enquiry can fall within Extended; business logic or external integration is quoted separately.

Second language — 190 € one-off

Language switcher and integration of supplied translations for the same agreed content, up to 1,500 translated words. Translation, writing and larger volumes are quoted separately.

Hosting and maintenance — 29 €/month

For a simple website: hosting, HTTPS, monthly technical checks, a monthly copy of deployed source files and fixes within the delivered scope. Content changes and new functions are quoted separately; cancellation and restoration terms are specified in the contract.

How long does a project take?

The schedule is agreed in the quotation, depending on scope, available content and required approvals. A delivery date is confirmed after reviewing the project.

Are the domain and hosting included?

Domain names and external subscriptions are separate. Hosting and maintenance are optional at 29 €/month for a simple website. Each cost and who pays it are specified before agreement.

Will I be able to edit the site myself?

That depends on the tools agreed in the quotation. Basic packages do not automatically include an editing dashboard; the simple catalogue is static. An editing interface can be scoped separately.

What happens after launch?

Files, access, third-party licences and handover arrangements are specified in the quotation. Maintenance is optional; content changes and new functions are quoted separately.

How does payment work?

The price and payment terms are specified in the quotation before you agree. No work is charged without prior agreement.

Does receiving a demo commit me to anything?

No. The independent demonstration is free and carries no obligation. Final development starts once the proposed price and scope are accepted.
